- We cannot reverse or refund any payments: All transactions made through the Lace Up app or website are final. We do not process refunds, reversals, or chargebacks for any purchases.
- We cannot undo completed in-app actions: This includes deleted activities, sent messages, removed posts, or accidental account changes.
- We do not provide medical or health advice: Our AI Coach and insights are for motivation and guidance only — always consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
- We cannot support third-party services: Issues with external apps, devices, or services not built by Lace Up are outside our scope.
